Refund Policy
At Saadqain, We are dedicated to offering top-notch tutoring services that are customized to meet the learning requirements of every student. We are aware, nonetheless, that there are circumstances in which a refund might be required. Please see the following for our refund policy.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Before Services Start: Students are entitled to a complete refund less any registration costs if they cancel their enrolment at least [15] days prior to their first session.
- After Services Have Started:
- A partial refund, less the cost of the sessions attended and administrative expenses might be given to a student who withdraws after attending one or two sessions.
- Once [30] percent of the coaching package has been used, there are no refunds available.
- Missed Sessions: Rescheduling may be possible dependent on instructor availability, but no refunds will be given for missed sessions without at least [24] hours' notice.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Administrative, registration, and assessment fees are non-refundable and once learning materials or online subscriptions are downloaded or utilized, they cannot be refunded.
3. Requesting a Refund
Emails containing the student’s name, the reason for cancellation, and other pertinent information should be sent to [admin@saadqain.com]. Refund requests will be examined within [30] business days, and if approved, they will be processed back to the original payment method within [15] days.
4. Special Circumstances
On a case-by-case basis, refunds for unanticipated personal problems, medical emergency, or relocation may be evaluated. You might need supporting documents.
