Refund Policy
At Saadqain, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized tutoring. To maintain clear expectations for parents and students, our refund and session policies are outlined below.
Free Trial Session:
We offer a free initial trial session so students and parents can evaluate our teaching approach before committing to any paid package.
- After Services Have Started:
- A partial refund, less the cost of the sessions attended and administrative expenses might be given to a student who withdraws after attending one or two sessions.
- Once [30] percent of the coaching package has been used, there are no refunds available.
Paid Sessions & Non-Refundable Fees
Once a paid session package is purchased, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if a student is unsatisfied with their learning experience or tutor match, Saadqain will facilitate a tutor reassignment or apply remaining account credits to future sessions.
24-Hour Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture.
Course Materials & Subscriptions
Any digital resources, custom learning materials, or software account access provided to the student are non-refundable once issued.
Refund Requests & Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies), refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, please contact our administrative team at admin@saadqain.com with the student’s name, booking details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
