Services
Saadqain is an online-only tutoring platform providing academic and professional instruction to school students, university students, and accounting professionals worldwide. We do not offer in-person tutoring.
Payments & Refunds
All session fees must be paid in advance prior to the start of classes. Payments are non-refundable. However, if a student is unsatisfied with their learning experience, Saadqain will facilitate a tutor reassignment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice for session cancellations or rescheduling must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Communication & Safety
To protect student privacy and maintain professional standards, all communications between parents/students and tutors must take place exclusively through official Saadqain channels (official email addresses or official WhatsApp numbers). Personal contact information must not be shared directly with tutors.
Data Security & Software Instruction
In all cloud accounting and software training sessions, instruction is conducted exclusively using dummy data. No live or actual company data is ever utilized.
Academic Integrity
Saadqain provides educational support, tutoring, and guidance. We strictly adhere to academic integrity standards; our tutors will not complete exams, graded assignments, or coursework on behalf of students.

- In our cloud accounting classes, we exclusively use dummy data to explain software concepts and do not utilize any actual company data.
- Our policy requires that students and their parents do not share any personal information with teachers for communication. All communication should take place exclusively through official Saadqain.com email addresses or WhatsApp numbers.
- Payments must be made prior to the start of classes, and the Saadqain.com team is committed to ensuring that teachers deliver high-quality lectures. If a student is not satisfied, we will arrange for a teacher change as needed.
- All booked sessions are exclusively for online classes; we do not offer in-person tutoring.
- Payment is nonrefundable but we will not compromise on the quality of lectures.
